Refund policy

If a plan does not do what this site says it does, you get your money back.

Subscriptions

Pro and Team start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged. Your first paid month is still refundable in full within 14 days of the first charge, for any reason, by email to support@breachtally.com. After that, cancel any time and access runs to the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are refunded if you ask within 7 days and the API or alerts were not used in that period.

History file

The archive is a one-time download. It is refundable within 7 days if the file does not match the description on the pricing page.

Outages

If alerts stop for more than 48 hours because of us, the month is on us. Tell us and we credit it.

How

Refunds are processed by Polar to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
